Some new, good working condition |
| Description |
The seller, a former hygienist, purchased this dental practice in 1985. The doctor is “conservative” in treatment planning, and displays a very comforting chair side manner with patients.
The practice has incorporated “Paperless” technology through Dentrix in that the patient records, scheduling, and x-ray (Dexis) systems are all electronic. Intra-oral cameras are used to help educate patients. Cable television is available for patients viewing pleasure, and a beautiful flat-screen television is installed in the hygiene room. Operatories are spacious and wheelchair accessible primarily because the doctor is wheelchair bound. The delivery systems are easily transferred to foot-pedal controls.
As recently as November of 2009, the seller has scaled back the schedule in anticipation of retirement to three days per week from four days.
Referrals typically come from satisfied patients of record, Southern Arizona Aids Foundation (through Delta Dental), the University of Arizona, and Trinity Presbyterian Church.
The office is one of several suites in a single story dental office structure built in 1965 and located on a high-traffic street. Other occupants include dentists, a prosthodontist, and massage therapists. The neighborhood is safe and is relatively residential, near schools, shopping, and the University of Arizona.
